THE PLATFORM / STAFF CONTROL

Platform vision · in development

What needs attention?
What happens next?

A staff workspace should help someone run the business. We’re organizing it around departures and exceptions, with the next action in context.

01

The departure is the workspace

The direction connects guest manifests, pickups, guides, assigned resources, waiver readiness, communication history, payment visibility, incidents and guide handoffs around the affected operating day.

02

An exception leads to the right context

Staff should be able to move from an incomplete requirement or operating issue into the relevant departure and booking. The goal is to make attention actionable without reconstructing the story across systems.

03

Consequences deserve deliberate workflows

Corrections, cancellations and other protected actions are intended to follow permissioned workflows. Being able to view a booking or payment state does not automatically grant authority to change it.

04

Close the day. Keep the history.

Staff closure should review remaining issues and record operational completion. Actor attribution and durable history are intended to preserve who acted and what changed, while financial and legal records keep their own truth.
