A new operating picture for experience companies
The booking is just the beginning. We're building one platform for the operating day and the guest relationship that follows — from bookings and guides to recognition, rewards and the next experience.
Currently in development. Shaped by real operating days.

01 / THE EVERYDAY REALITY
A booking platform can sell the seat.
There's still a whole day to run.
The waiver is in one place. The pickup change is in a text. The guide has yesterday's list.
You've learned to make the pieces work together. Your software should help you do it.

The point of all the preparation.
02 / THE EXPERIENCE PRINCIPLE
They should feel welcomed. Expected. Looked after.
Great experiences take careful coordination. TourFoundry is being designed to carry that work behind the scenes, keeping operators and guides connected to what matters in the moment.
03 / GUEST LOYALTY, BUILT INTO THE PLATFORM
Loyalty vision · in developmentOne guest relationship. Every qualifying experience.
We're building loyalty into the same guest and booking history that runs the experience — with recognition, benefits and progress guests can understand.
Direct bookings, eligible third-party reservations, private tours and multi-day journeys can contribute under your rules. You decide what qualifies, what guests earn and how benefits are used.
Explore Guest & LoyaltyA guest account designed to make recognition visible.
See recognition and progress toward the next level.
Understand the benefits available under the operator's program.
See the experiences and adjustments behind your status.
Illustrative guest and operator views. Program rules and functionality are in development.
Define qualification, recognition levels, earning, benefits and redemption policies.
Eligible activity across booking sources and experience types can contribute to one guest history.
Earning, adjustments, refunds, cancellations and redemption should remain explainable.
04 / ONE CONNECTED LIFECYCLE
Platform vision · in developmentOne experience, from the first decision to the last detail. This is the operating lifecycle we're building toward.
Explore the connected platformBEFORE THE WELCOME
Bring availability, booking details, payments and guest information into the same conversation.
Planned scope, subject to development.
Illustrative layout. Not a released product screen.
05 / THE TOURFOUNDRY IDEA
Separate pieces shouldn't mean separate priorities. We're working toward a shared view of the day, with the guest experience holding it all together.
06 / COMPARE THE APPROACH
Five established alternativesThe tour is over.
The work shouldn't follow you home.
Who needs a follow-up? What did the guide flag? Which guests earned a benefit? We're building one place to find those answers — and a way to bring your existing reservations with you.

“?” means the reviewed sources don't establish this exact capability; it does not mean the provider lacks it. TourFoundry checks describe planned scope, not released features. Provider plans and configurations vary. Reviewed October 4, 2026.
The TourFoundry difference we're building: fewer lists to reconcile, clearer follow-ups after each tour, and loyalty that recognizes the guests who return.

Your work is personal.Designed around departures, meeting points, changing plans and the details that make a real day work.
A mobile workspace for guides. A departure and exception workspace for staff. Connected information, with access shaped around each role.
The migration vision preserves booking source and payment history, with a gradual transition alongside existing systems and sales channels.

THIS IS WHAT IT'S ALL FOR.
08 / MORE TIME FOR THE EXPERIENCE
Platform vision · in developmentWe're building around the work that takes you away from your guests: piecing together lists, passing along changes, and checking what still needs doing.
A pickup changes. A traveler still needs a waiver. Your guide needs the latest manifest. Bring those details into one departure view, with the information each person needs to do their job.
Explore operationsConnect past trips, upcoming reservations and qualifying loyalty activity. Give your team the context to welcome returning guests and give guests a clear view of their benefits.
Explore guest loyaltyBring itineraries, accommodations, suppliers, payment deadlines and traveler requirements into the same trip workspace, so the team can see what needs attention before departure.

09 / OUR STORY
TourFoundry began with the operational needs of Vineyard Voyages: real guests, real departures and all the details that make an experience feel effortless.
Changing pickup plans. Guide preparation. Payments, waivers and communications. The work that happens before anyone says, “That was a great day.”
Our goal is to turn those lessons into a platform for a wider world of tour and experience operators — one system to sell the experience, manage the guest, operate the tour and grow the relationship afterward.
A place where separate materials become something useful together. For us, it's the fragmented pieces of running an experience becoming one coherent operation.
LET'S BUILD WHAT COMES NEXT.
We're building for operators who believe their technology should work as hard as they do.
