Platform vision · in development
Run the departure.
Not just the calendar.
A tour is an operating day with people, plans and changing circumstances. That is the foundation of the TourFoundry model.
The actual day has its own record
Each departure is intended to carry its route, ordered itinerary stops, guide, assigned resource, capacity, pickup plan, manifest, guest readiness and activity. Changes to one day should not silently change every future departure.
Different sources. One operating picture.
The manifest vision brings direct, supported third-party and imported guests together while preserving their commercial source. Staff and guides should operate the experience from one shared picture.
Messages belong to the operation
Communication intent, eligibility, consent, suppression and delivery history are designed to stay with the platform. Providers transport messages; an acceptance response is not evidence of guest delivery.
The day ends with a deliberate handoff
Guide handoff and staff closure are intended to be real lifecycle steps. Closing a departure completes its operating record without rewriting payments, refunds, signed waivers or historical booking truth.
This page describes TourFoundry's product direction. Availability, integration support and production readiness are subject to development and validation.
