TourFoundry
THE PLATFORM / BOOKING & COMMERCE

Platform vision · in development

A clear booking.
A connected beginning.

The first impression should feel simple. The platform behind it should keep price, payment and inventory connected to the actual experience.

01

The date comes with the plan

Our booking direction puts the planned route or itinerary alongside departure availability, ticket choices, pickups and additions. Guests should understand what the day includes while deciding when to go.

02

The platform owns the price

Running totals can help a guest choose. Executable prices, fees and discounts are intended to come from one authoritative platform calculation, using exact money rules across checkout and supported channels.

03

Available to browse. Rechecked to book.

Resource-based capacity, protected holds and inventory revalidation are designed to account for simultaneous purchases. A cached availability display should never become permission to oversell.

04

Payment follows evidence

Verified server-side provider evidence is the intended authority for payment status. A redirect or success screen cannot establish that a reservation is paid. Analytics observes confirmed booking activity.

05

One purchase, distinct experiences

The commerce direction separates an order from the individual bookings it contains. Each experience can keep its own departure, travelers, inventory and cancellation history.

This page describes TourFoundry's product direction. Availability, integration support and production readiness are subject to development and validation.
