Online booking is the baseline.
All five alternatives advertise booking products. TourFoundry plans first-party checkout connected to the same inventory, guest and departure records used by operations.

“?” means the reviewed sources don't establish this exact capability; it does not mean the provider lacks it. TourFoundry checks describe planned scope, not released features. Provider plans and configurations vary. Reviewed October 4, 2026.
All five alternatives advertise booking products. TourFoundry plans first-party checkout connected to the same inventory, guest and departure records used by operations.
FareHarbor documents customizable memberships and loyalty benefits. Peek Pro documents memberships and customer loyalty perks. TourFoundry's planned approach recognizes qualifying activity across direct bookings, eligible third-party purchases, private experiences and multi-day trips, under each operator's own rules. A membership benefit and a booking-linked loyalty ledger are different capabilities.
A guest asks why their benefit changed after a cancellation. Your team should be able to see the reason without rebuilding their history from emails and spreadsheets.
TourFoundry plans a traceable ledger for earning, adjustments, cancellations, refunds and redemption, with guest-visible status, benefits and progress. That means staff can explain why recognition changed. The reviewed competitor pages do not establish this complete workflow; a question mark is a request to verify it with the provider.
The guide finishes the tour, but a guest issue or an operating note still needs a follow-up. We're building a clear handoff: the guide records what happened, staff see what remains open, and the team knows when the day is wrapped up.
TourFoundry's departure model connects itinerary, pickup, individual travelers, waivers and check-in with a purpose-built Guide App. The guide hands the departure back to Staff Control for review and formal closure. Operational completion stays separate from payments, refunds and signed records. Competitor manifests, mobile apps or resource tools alone do not establish this exact handoff and closure workflow.
You already have future reservations, returning guests and payment records. Changing software should give your team a path to bring those records over while the business keeps running, one step at a time.
TourFoundry plans staged migration alongside the incumbent system, retaining the original booking source and payment history while unifying day-of operations. Import tools and channel connections are useful but do not, by themselves, confirm this whole process. Bókun explicitly supports channel-manager connections to existing systems; this chart does not imply that coexistence is unique to TourFoundry.

Official product descriptions reviewed October 4, 2026. These priorities can overlap with existing offerings. TourFoundry is in development; this compares design direction with established products.
A date-specific itinerary, assigned resources, individual travelers, guide workspace, staff exceptions and formal closeout should share the same operating record.
Our loyalty direction connects operator-defined qualification to real booking activity. Eligible direct and third-party reservations, private experiences and multi-day journeys can inform one guest relationship, with a traceable record of earning, adjustments and redemption.
Existing reservations should retain their source and payment history. Migration and controlled coexistence are part of the intended path toward one operating picture.
These are evaluation questions, not claims that another platform lacks a capability. Product fit depends on the operator's needs, supported configurations and verified functionality.
