Platform vision · in development
Guest loyalty.
Built on real experiences.
We're designing a customer-facing loyalty platform connected to the guest's unified booking history: status, benefits, qualifying activity and progress, under rules each operator defines.
One ongoing guest relationship
The customer-account direction brings upcoming experiences, previous trips, traveler information, payments, outstanding requirements and communications into a connected guest view.
Loyalty follows qualifying activity
Direct purchases, eligible third-party bookings, private tours and multi-day journeys are intended to contribute according to operator-defined qualification rules. No universal points rate, tier or reward amount is assumed.
Your program. A traceable record.
Operators should define recognition levels, earning and redemption policies, benefits and refund/cancellation treatment. A ledger tied to booking activity is intended to keep adjustments explainable rather than leave staff reconstructing balances.
Simple for the guest
The planned account view can show current status, benefits, qualifying history and progress. The underlying record should account for earning, adjustments, redemption and reversal.
Each traveler has their own requirements
The purchaser and participants are distinct. Individual waiver access and completion belong to the intended traveler, alongside their readiness, attendance and communication eligibility.
What should qualify?
The operator should decide which sources and experience types count: direct reservations, eligible third-party bookings, private experiences or multi-day journeys. The intended ledger ties qualifying activity to the underlying booking rather than an unexplained imported balance.
What happens when plans change?
Cancellation and refund policies should account for the effect on loyalty. Adjustments and reversals belong in the history, so guests and staff can understand why a status or benefit changed.
A recognition program, not just another campaign.
Marketing messages can invite a guest back. The TourFoundry direction gives the operator a separate, booking-linked record of qualifying activity, recognition and benefit use, with customer-facing visibility.
Existing booking platforms also offer memberships and customer-management tools. Our emphasis is this connected, configurable loyalty model within the operating platform.
