A whole journey, day by day
The product direction includes structured itinerary days, cities, activities, accommodations, suppliers, transportation, meeting points and guides. The trip can remain one commercial journey while each day retains its operating detail.
Commercial rules that fit the trip
Deposits, installments, balances due and different cancellation schedules require more than full-payment day-tour assumptions. Currency and time-zone requirements are part of the intended multi-day model.
Individual travelers, richer preparation
Additional traveler information, documents, terms and waiver versions can vary by journey. Guests should have a clear picture of deadlines, remaining requirements and upcoming activities.
A shared workspace for the team
The goal is a view of each day’s suppliers, resources, travelers, payments and incomplete requirements. Pre-trip and in-trip communications should connect to the same operational record and guest history.
