TourFoundry
THE PLATFORM / GUIDE APP

Platform vision · in development

Everything for the day.
Built for the phone.

We’re designing the Guide App around the people delivering the experience, with a focused view of the departures they are assigned to operate.

01

A practical view of today

The intended mobile workspace brings the itinerary, pickup sequence, manifest, traveler readiness, waiver status, check-in and assigned resources together. It should support the moment rather than require a guide to navigate the back office.

02

Useful communication, bounded access

Guides should be able to contact the appropriate guest or assigned departure group through approved operational tools. Recipient eligibility, consent and sending permissions remain protected by platform rules.

03

A place for the unexpected

Checklists, operational messages, incident records and authorized emergency information belong in the operating toolkit. Access to sensitive information must follow the guide’s role and assigned work.

04

A clear handoff

The planned end-of-tour handoff gives staff a record of unresolved issues and the day’s activity. Operating a departure should not grant authority to change financial records, refunds, prices or administrative roles.
